This pie makes the most of a rotisserie/ leftover roast chicken for a deep, rich and delicious pie. It's relatively quick to make and ohhh so comforting.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add the butter, bacon, leeks, celery, carrot and a little seasoning to a large oven proof pan, ideally it also has a lid. Place over a medium/low heat and cook for 12 minutes, with the lid on if it has one, occasionally stirring.
