Saag Paneer

This dish is one of my favourite sides whenever I get an indian takeaway. It’s actually pretty easy to make your own paneer if you can’t find it in a supermarket, it takes just lemon juice and milk!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Take your spinach and cover with boiling water. Stir and sit for 30 seconds. Drain and refresh with cold water. Squeeze out any excess water using a tea towel.
