Low Effort 24 hour Pizza Dough Recipe - Salami, Black Olive and Hot Honey Pizza

This 24 hour pizza dough is incredibly low effort to make. You can even keep it in the fridge for up to 48hrs before use. These are my favourite toppings, but feel free to mix it up with whatever you want. The key to the sauce is to use a really good passata.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a large bowl combine the ingredients for the dough with your hand until they come together. Knead for 3 minutes in the bowl or on a floured work surface before covering and letting rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, knead for another 6 minutes.
