Ingredients: 80 g Butter salted; 100 g Light soft brown sugar; 1 Large egg; 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract; 110 g Plain flour; 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda; 40 g Milk chocolate chips; 10 g Milk chocolate chips for topping; 40 g Dark chocolate chips; 10 g Dark chocolate chips for topping; 40 g White chocolate chips

These have to be my new favourite little dessert. Ready in 20 minutes, served with a spoonful of vanilla ice cream and some extra chocolate sauce if you are feeling fancy.

Place the butter into a saucepan over a medium heat. Cook until it goes a nutty brown and remove from the heat. Let cool for a few minutes.
