Ingredients: 1 kg Chicken wings; 1 1/2 tspn Szechuan peppercorns; 2 tspn 5 spice; 2 tspn Salt; 2 tspn Sugar; 1/2 tspn Msg; 3 cloves Garlic; 1 tbsp Grated ginger; 2 tbsp Light soy; 2 tbsp Rice wine; 150 g Cornflour; Spray vegetable oil; 1 bunch Spring onions; 1 Red pepper; 1-2 Chillies; 2 cloves Garlic

I love the salt and pepper flavour on any dish, but these wings may just be my favourite. Such a crispy, crunchy coating with that incredible deep flavour. They are super easy to make, high in protein and really cheap. I love a wing! Did I sit down and polish off 1kg of these in one sitting, yes. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat.
