Ingredients: 1/2 Ciabatta; 50 g Salted butter; 2-3 cloves Garlic; 2 tbsp Fresh parsley; 2-3 handfuls Mozzarella; 1 Egg; 2 cloves Garlic; 5 Anchovy fillets; 1 tsp Dijon mustard; 1 Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 Lemon juice; 220 ml Vegetable oil; 3 tbsp Parmesan; Seasoning; 1 Romaine lettuce; 1 Avocado; 4 pieces Streaky bacon; Parmesan

Crunchy, crispy and fresh. Make sure you eat this one straight away, you want the cheese melty and the salad crisp. For the Caesar dressing you can also blitz up some store bought mayonnaise with 2 anchovies and a little dijon mustard, it's still super delicious!
