Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat. Allow to go slightly brown before adding the flour. Stir and cook for a couple of minutes. Gradually add the milk in stages, whisking as you do until smooth and thick. Add the cheese, nutmeg, seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
