I love using Harissa, it’s such an easy way of adding a tonne of flavour to any dish. These steak kebabs are super easy to make and are ideal on the bbq. Finishing with that garlic honey butter makes the extra special.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Slice the steak into equal size pieces around 1cm thick. Place into a bowl with the harissa, lemon juice, salt and oil. Mix and marinade for at least an hour if you can wait.
