Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180c fan. Cut the top 1cm off the head of garlic to expose the top of the garlic cloves. Place onto a sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Wrap and roast for 40-60 minutes until soft and slightly golden.
