Ingredients: 2 tbsp Dark soy; 4 tbsp Black Chinese vinegar; 2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce; 3 tbsp Ketchup; 2-3 tbsp Honey; 300 g Chicken breast; 2 tspn Sesame oil; 1 1/2 tbsp Light soy; 1 Medium egg, beaten; 200 g Cornflour; Salt; Pepper; Vegetable oil spray; 2 tbsp Vegetable oil; 1 Onion, sliced; 1 Pepper, sliced; 3/4 tbsp Grated ginger; 2 Large cloves garlic, crushed; 1 Chilli, finely sliced; 1 handful Finely sliced coriander; Sesame seeds
