Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

To make the tortilla bowls, lightly oil and salt the tortillas on both sides. Place them over overproof bowls, wrap tightly with foil and turn over. Place into the oven or air fryer at 200c for 5-10 minutes until golden and crisp. Carefully remove and set aside.
